  4. Payment Terms: The payment screen allows for payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Phone.
    • Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are processed upon arrival of order. If you are do not want to place your credit card on the web, place the order on the web and select phone as your payment method. Please then phone us with your credit card number.
    • Paypal to orders@golfs1source.com. Once payment is received your order will be processed.
    • Phone orders can be any payment method.
    • Cashiers Check and Money Orders. Please fill out the payment method screen selecting Cashiers Check or Money Orders so we know the order is coming, print the final screen and mail in the order screen along with you payment.
  5. Mail Orders: Through the web site fill out a cart and print the screen. Mail the printed screen and payment to Hallson Orders, 1279 Marsh Creek Lane, Collierville, TN 38017. There will be a shipping delay of 5 days for check orders. Checks must clear first. Credit Card orders will be processed in the normal time frames.
  6. Returns: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect. If the workmanship does not meet your satisfaction or you have received damaged goods you may return the items within 30 days of receipt, with a copy of the invoice, in the original packaging. Ship To: Hallson Returns, 1279 Marsh Creek Lane, Collierville, TN 38017. We'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund your money (Excluding delivery charges) NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Any type of EMBROIDERY item can NOT be returned.
  7. Shipping Cost: Shipping FREE is only to the 48 US states. AK and HI require additional funds. Canadian shipments require additional funds. An email approval for additional cost is required before shipping.
  8. Shipping Discrepancies: If shipment is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file a claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. Hallson Golf must be notified within 5 business days. DO NOT discard the original shipping carton, as carrier may want to inspect it.
  9. Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. The item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it.
